We’re sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with your purchase.
If you’re unhappy with your order, you may return or exchange the item(s) in their original, unused condition within 14 days of receiving your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this 14-day window.


14-Day Return Guarantee

You are eligible for a free return or full refund if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is expired
  • The product was damaged during shipping

Condition: Items must be in new and unused condition.
Used items will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.


💳 Refund Processing

Refunds are securely processed through Stripe and are issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, but some banks may take longer. For more details, see our [Terms & Conditions].


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted).
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@luxurybagbrands.com.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email info@luxurybagbrands.com and wait for confirmation before sending your item back. We will provide the correct return address at that time.


🛍️ Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted before the order is shipped.
Once shipped, your order cannot be canceled. If your order qualifies for cancellation, you will receive 96% of the total amount paid, as the 4% payment gateway fee is non-refundable.
