Late or Missing Orders
If your package is late and tracking information doesn’t help, please contact us as soon as possible. Sometimes delays occur if no one is available to accept the delivery. Most carriers attempt delivery multiple times before returning the package to our warehouse.
Important: You must report any undelivered orders within 30 days from the order date for us to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, you may refuse delivery at no cost.
